Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdSource's website and dashboard at adsource.io (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AdSource lets you create and manage advertising campaigns from one dashboard, starting with Meta, with other ad platforms to follow, and uses AI to help generate ad copy, images, and targeting for them. You don't need your own ad platform account: AdSource runs your campaigns from its own. Campaigns AdSource creates are always published paused; nothing goes live until you review and approve it yourself.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

How campaigns are run

AdSource creates and manages your campaigns in ad accounts that AdSource owns and operates, on your instructions. You don't connect or hand over any ad platform account. Your campaigns are subject to each ad platform's advertising policies, and AdSource may decline, pause, or remove a campaign that violates them or these Terms. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any campaign before it goes live, and for the accuracy and legality of your business and ad content.

Billing

AdSource charges a subscription fee, plus credits for AI generation. Because campaigns run in AdSource's own ad accounts, you don't add a payment method to Meta, Google, or TikTok. How ad spend is paid for will be shown to you before a campaign can go live, and these Terms will be updated to describe it before that is available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create advertising content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the advertising policies of Meta, Google, or TikTok. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

AI-generated content

Ad copy, images, and targeting suggestions generated through the Service are provided as a starting point. You're responsible for reviewing this content for accuracy and compliance before approving any campaign to go live.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we'll stop any campaigns we are running for you, and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AdSource is not responsible for the performance of your ad campaigns, decisions made by Meta, Google, or TikTok about your campaigns, or any ad spend incurred once you approve a campaign to go live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
